Ingredients
- Your choice of wrap (Spinach, wheat, corn)
- Black beans
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 avocado, mashed
- cilantro
- Green onions, chopped
- 1 red onion
- kale, chopped
- Corn on the cob
Directions
- After cooking your black beans and seasoning them with your preferred taco seasoning, add the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, red onion
- Line your wrap with the mashed avocado
- Add the cooked mixture and top it with kale and cilantro and voila!
