Vegan Tacos

Ingredients

  • Your choice of wrap (Spinach, wheat, corn)
  • Black beans
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • cilantro
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 1 red onion
  • kale, chopped
  • Corn on the cob

Directions

  1. After cooking your black beans and seasoning them with your preferred taco seasoning, add the chopped tomatoes, cilantro, red onion
  2. Line your wrap with the mashed avocado
  3. Add the cooked mixture and top it with kale and cilantro and voila!
