Yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 of a lemon
- 3 garlic cloves (mince them)
- cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Prepare the brussels by cutting off the base of each sprout, slicing them in half from top to bottom and remove the excess or loose exterior leaves
- Soak the cut brussels for a minute in water to clean them
- Pour the rest of the ingredients onto the brussel sprouts and then place in the over to bake for 30 minutes, or until brown
- Add fresh cilantro on top (optional)
