Asian-flavored Brussel Sprouts



  • 1 pound fresh brussels sprouts
  • 2 tbsp of grapeseed oil
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (mince them)
  • cilantro (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Prepare the brussels by cutting off the base of each sprout, slicing them in half from top to bottom and remove the excess or loose exterior leaves
  3. Soak the cut brussels for a minute in water to clean them
  4. Pour the rest of the ingredients onto the brussel sprouts and then place in the over to bake for 30 minutes, or until brown
  5. Add fresh cilantro on top (optional)
