Kale Chips

Ingredients

  •  bunch torn kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange kale on two rimmed baking sheets and drizzle evenly with olive oil and toss. Season with salt.
  3. Bake, rotating trays once, until crisp, 12 to 15 minutes. Toss with lemon zest.
