Ingredients
for the Buffalo Bites
- 1 (15 oz) can of white beans
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup vegan buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt + pepper
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
for the Dressing
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1/4 cup fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 – 2 teaspoons dried dill (start with 1)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup water
