Buffalo Quinoa Bites

Ingredients

      for the Buffalo Bites

  • (15 oz) can of white beans
  • shallot, chopped
  • garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup vegan buffalo sauce
  • teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt + pepper
  • cup cooked quinoa
  • tablespoons chickpea flour

      for the Dressing

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • – 2 teaspoons dried dill (start with 1)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup water
