Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Mix the chickpeas, oil and your choice of either lemon juice or vinegar
- Place the mixture on a baking sheet and into the oven for 30 minutes
- Once cooked, salt and pepper to taste
