Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix the chickpeas, oil and your choice of either lemon juice or vinegar
  3. Place the mixture on a baking sheet and into the oven for  30 minutes
  4. Once cooked, salt and pepper to taste
