Rothenburg, Germany: Part 2

    When I finally made it to Germany, my family gave me a wonderful gift: a Beer stein, or steinzeug. I 20160712_222400have used it many times since, as a coffee cup, and as a reminder of my great trip to Germany. I saw this souvenir throughout the town of Rothenburg, along with a plethora of other types of trinkets. Germans love their beer, and it seems like they adore “dressing it up,” with these “schick” cups…that means fancy by the way.

The Medieval-themed museums and stores were also intriguing, especially to my little cousins lol

 

Germans can keep their beer! lol Give us more fairytales. The Brothers Grimm (die Brüder Grimm) are credited with producing some of the most famous fairytales, including Cinderalla, Sleeping Beuty, Little Red Ridinghood and Hansel and Gretel…

Speaking of Hansel and Gretel, I remember playing a Playstation game loosely based on the story of Hansel and Gretel, ToyPop. I loved this game!
