Cucumber Salad

I am always up for a light snack. This recipe is easy and healthy. How can you resist?

Ingredients

2 Cucumbers
green onion, also known as scallions
Black pepper
Lemon juice
Cilantro

Directions
1. Thinly cut cucumbers into small slices
2. Chop  the green onion into small pieces
3. Sprinkle a bit of lemon juice over the mixture
4. Top it off with small pieces of cilantro
